Wearable French Eye candy
Ohhhh these silk scarfs by french design duo Milleneufcentquatrevingtquatre – makes my heart beat a little bit faster. I can totally see myself wearing one of their pieces! So if one of my dear readers or dear Santa wishes to spend 295$ on me – then you can find all their designs here… and I promise to wear it every single day or to frame it! Aren´t they just gorgeous and totally inspiring?
Nordic Knit – Pillow love
Autumn has arrived here in Denmark – and it´s time to spend more time indoors and time to cozy up your home with blankets and candles – and maybe also with these lovely knitted pillows in wool. They are named New Nordic Knit and are designed by Sen-Sen, and can be found in their webshop soon. I immediately spotted these pillows when I looked at photos from the trendzones at Formland this summer. You can catch a glimpse of the trendzones at The Sweet Spot who also is behind the photo above, from the trendzone House of Happiness, created by Eckmann Alive Studio. I love the colours and the materials used. I´m a little slow when it comes to blogging these days – due to busy days at the studio – so please visit Spagat´s Facebook page – where I share bits and pieces on a more regular basis right now.
Going Out – for inspiration!
Lately I´ve spent way too many nights working – so I´m looking forward to going out tonight to get some new inspiration at the Vic Shop here in Aarhus. I´ll soak up some of the news in interiors & fashion – plus spend time with a lovely blogger friend, drink champagne, and listen to some great music. “My boss” prescribed that I have some fun after working so hard! Sounds like a perfect plan to me – maybe I´ll see you there?

My Orange Wish List
My current orange colour crush is adding these items to my wish list! The striped dress is from H&M and the rest is from the nice Dutch webshop Wannekes. Well in fact the wonderfull striped pillows have been on my wishlist for ages – with the rest of the products designed by the Dutch design duo Scholten & Baijings. And the cute nesting dolls Circus by Swedish illustrator Ingela P. Arrhenius makes me wish that I had a toddler in the house.

Formland Fair Spring 2011
Last week we went to Formland to shop for our new studio space – and to get inspired – a perfect & successful combo! And due to our very busy schedule I didn´t bring my camera – just my Iphone – but the collage above can give you a glimpse of what I saw, and apparently pink, red and nude colours catch my eye at the moment. I was also very happy to spot some new animals on the scene – instead of owls and deer! This year the trendzones where all so well done and well curated – and really inspiring on many levels. And beeing a flower lover I especially enjoyed the trendzone Flower Factory by Eckmann Studio - and Anette Eckmanns trendtalk. You can see more and better photos of Flower Factory at Eckmann´s studio blog. And on Thesweetspot “my style twin” Laura, shares photos of all the trendzones and her favorite finds.
Two of a kind
Kelims are hot -again -in case you haven´t noticed – and so is this loft from New York! I love when photos just make a perfect match like here – both are via the always inspiring Milk Magazine.
Triangle Trend
Probably you´ve also spotted this trend with triangles all over. I´ve collected some of my favorites here. Jewelry from Spoonful of mint, Scarf & wollen pillow by Sen-Sen, Notebook via Stilleben, and pillow & wollen blanket by Ferm Living.
Sweet Eye Candy
I often crave eye candy – and today I found my dose in Sweet Paul´s Fall issue of his delicious e-Magazine. Here´s some screenshots from his take on a white Halloween – and I recommend that you “pick up” your own copy online here. Theres so many amazing e-mags out there -and Holly from Decor8 made a great e-Mag round up lately that offers even more eye candy. When I see all these amazing e-Mags – the old magazine designer in me wakes up and wants more – so please send more candy and magazine design jobs my way!
