Weekend & Wanderlust
I´m sooooo ready for a relaxing late summer weekend – I just love september with all it´s bright colours and crisp air. At the market the other day I picked up lots of berries & plums and also the artichoke flower above. The artichoke flower made my daughter go “whauw” and it also send me down memory lane to when I first saw a field of flowering artichokes in Florence that made me go “whauh” back then. And I was hit quite hard by a strong wish to travel again soon – to discover new fruits and flavours and to see new things for the first time. All this wanderlust also made me remember Troy M. Summer Flowers
First day at school went really well – and when we came back home after school we had a water damage in the flat again – for the third time in 3 years! So I´m glad I´m still very zen after our holidays in our summerhouse – which I spent assembling an entire IKEA kitchen in the sun – yes it can be very relaxing actually! I´ll share the final result later when all the details are in place. For a change I took very few photos during a holiday- but here are some of my favorite summer flowers from around the house. Midsummer news
I have some great news – a small line of plexiglas jewellery is coming to an Etsy-shop near you very soon! I had planned to update my shop today – but have locked myself out of the studio today!- so here´s a little glimpse instead. I also just wanted to give you a glimpse of last nights perfect Midsummer Night, which we celebrated with good friends, Cava, marshmellows, bonfire, sunset and birthday cake. (the photo is taken around 10 pm.)

Snapshots from Typo & Berlin
I´m still suffering from my inspiration overload – so here´s some snapshots from my Iphone – again via ShakeitPhoto. There was a lot af great speakers this year – and a lot of great storytelling too. The talks I enjoyed the most were by House Industries, Julian Smith, Erik Kessel, Julian Zimmerman and David Carson. Because their talks and projects were all about passion and authenticity.
Back from Berlin
I´m back after a great and inspiring trip to Berlin and Typoberlin. I´ll share more words and photos from my inspiration overload soon. Colour Theraphy
I don´t know about you – but I´ve been surrounded by snow for so long that some colour theraphy is needed. Here are some shots from my home today. Looking at Kumquats always makes me lust a for a Kumquat Caipirinha and warm summer nights!
