Christmas Hearts
My Etsy shop has now been updated with some more plexiglas ornament – these neon red hearts come in a set of 5 pieces and cost 13 US $. You can find them right here. More ornaments will follow tomorrow – when the daylight returns for more photoshoots! I think I need to invest in a small lightbox as a christmas present for myself soon!

Here´s a small sneak peak of the my plexiglas christmas decorations. I hope to update my shop today with all the stuff – but it´s quite tricky to photograph stuff when there´s so little daylight – thank God for the snow that came today and for Photoshop.

Cool Christmas på Julemarked
Jeg har designet lidt julepynt i plexiglas – som jeg pt. er i fuld gang med at pakke. Der er fine hjerter i pink og neonrød, fugle og rå stjerner i sort, hvid og hvid transparent. Du kan købe det på søndag i Århus på Trines fine Julebazar her - eller på lørdag på Lis´ lækre julemarked i Odense her, hvor Hanne fra Tulipaner & Tomater har dem med. Selv vil jeg bruge weekenden på at sove og pleje min ømme hals – og måske se om der kommer nok energi og dagslys til at tage et par fotos af det hele. Håber du får en skøn og småjulet weekend! Næste weekend kan du finde mine sager på Trapholts Julemarked igen via Tulipaner&Tomater – og bagefter bliver shoppen opdateret med resten. Fresh Apples in my Shop
I´m a busy bee these days in the studio, doing illustrations, magazine design and logo design – and sometimes I almost forget that I also have a little shop to run! But I have now just updated my Etsy shop with some fresh neon green apples again. They are a little bigger than last time and now come in a set with 3 apples for 15 US $. I combined some apples with flowers and birds for a mobile for my daughters room – and it looks great! But it´s just so hard to photograph plexiglas well! I also hope to find some time soon to design some Christmas decorations in plexiglas - I´m thinking about penguins, icebears and snowflakes? But what would you like??
In good company
From today you buy my plexiglas flowers, lovebirds and jewelry at the shop at Bymuseet here in Århus. And as you can tell from the pictures from Bymuseets homepage – my items will be in good company. It´s a nice little museum in the center of Århus- that shows how Århus has developed through time – and their small map of Århus shown above – where the houses are cut in pear tree in scale 1:1000 is really a small masterpiece. This also means that I´m ready for retail sale – so if have a nice shop somewhere and would like some unique plexiglas designs in it – just send me a mail - and I´ll get back to you.

New earrings in my shop
I finally found time to update my shop with my new plexiglas jewelry. All earings are made of plexiglas mounted on silver plated gold. The tiny hearts on loops cost 25 US dollars. The flowers on hoops come in both rosa & nude and cost 30 US dollars. All jewelry come in a small jewelry box.
Fresh Sweet apples
I just updated my shop with a new design – some sweet neon green apples. A set of 4 for 15 US $. Mix and match them with a set of flowers or lovebirds – or just hang them in your kitchen window – or on some flowering apple branches like above. Find them here
Plexiglas Jewellery
Here´s a photo of my sweet and camera shy daughter showing of her favorite necklace. I´ve just put one of the plexiglas flowers on a string – tied with a surgeon´s knot . And I myself wear the earrings with the little hearts below. Some of my customers are also creative bloggers – so Karen made the necklace with 3 flowers – and Hanne made the armband as a present for a teenager. I just love to see how people design with my design!
Happy Hanami!
It´s so cold and rainy here in DK at the moment – that one can almost forget to notice that spring is here. Outside the studio the pear and apple trees are in full bloom – but I almost haven´t practiced any Hanami this year – Hanami is the Japanese traditional custom of enjoying the beauty of flowers. So here´s some of my photos from last year - where a Polaroid effect has been added digitally. If you wish to practice some Hanami you can find these prints in my Etsy shop.

Shop news: Lovebirds
These cute Lovebirds are now available in Spagats Etsy shop here. They come in a set of 2 birds + 3 tiny hearts. They look great on a branch with flowers – surrounded by the little hearts. I think they would also be great to use as wedding decorations on flowering branches, or as wedding gifts, or as a Mother’s day gift- 9th of May!!. They also come in white transparent.
