Pink Hearts & Birds in the shop
My Etsy shop has now been updated with some pink hearts and pink birds in plexiglas. These pink versions are not transparent and are a great mix with the neon red hearts and birds – so go ahead and mix & match. The photo with the 2 hearts show the 2 colour variations together. Christmas Hearts
My Etsy shop has now been updated with some more plexiglas ornament – these neon red hearts come in a set of 5 pieces and cost 13 US $. You can find them right here. More ornaments will follow tomorrow – when the daylight returns for more photoshoots! I think I need to invest in a small lightbox as a christmas present for myself soon!
Decorate
It´s always fun to decorate for christmas with children in the house – and when there´s snow outside -like this year. I also love to use my daughters small toys for my photoshoots – and Squirrels are the new Owls if you ask me!
Stars Sneak Peak
Here´s a small sneak peak of the my plexiglas christmas decorations. I hope to update my shop today with all the stuff – but it´s quite tricky to photograph stuff when there´s so little daylight – thank God for the snow that came today and for Photoshop.

Like mother, like daughter
My daughter loves my little plexiglas shop – it somehow makes my job so much more tangible. She loves to stamp and to help out in my shop – and she also made this lovely piece of graphic design. Great handlettering from a 6-year-old – if you ask her proud mother :).

Cool Christmas på Julemarked
Jeg har designet lidt julepynt i plexiglas – som jeg pt. er i fuld gang med at pakke. Der er fine hjerter i pink og neonrød, fugle og rå stjerner i sort, hvid og hvid transparent. Du kan købe det på søndag i Århus på Trines fine Julebazar her - eller på lørdag på Lis´ lækre julemarked i Odense her, hvor Hanne fra Tulipaner & Tomater har dem med. Selv vil jeg bruge weekenden på at sove og pleje min ømme hals – og måske se om der kommer nok energi og dagslys til at tage et par fotos af det hele. Håber du får en skøn og småjulet weekend! Næste weekend kan du finde mine sager på Trapholts Julemarked igen via Tulipaner&Tomater – og bagefter bliver shoppen opdateret med resten. Du ER god nok – illustration
Yesterday my first illustration for Alt for Damerne was published – and it was nice to see my own name in the credits – since I´m the kind of person who always checks out the credits before I start reading. This one was to illustrate how you can replace your negative thoughts with positive thoughts to get a better self-esteem. Personally I´ve been doing this for some years now – so it was a great topic to work with. I really focus on the good things in life which I hope my blog reflects- – and I try to surround myself with people who do the same – and it works – because you are reading this :)
Under the Tuscan Sun
It´s monday – and time for a little daydreaming! I´ve been trawling the net lately to find the perfect spot for our family summerholiday next year in Tuscany and have been looking at so many villas and farmhouses for rent. And then last week I found this fantastic property La Bandita via A Cup of Jo – which really sums up everything I was looking for – except the price tag! We didn´t book this one – but I like to have it bookmarked – for daydreaming or a very special occasion someday – and maybe you do too!
Illustrations for sale!
There´s a lot of flow in my worklife right now – and lots of great new jobs coming in. I´ve just made 2 illustrations for a big Danish womens magazine – and I´m also working on 2 big projects that involves wallpaper design, artwork & illustration. So I´ve been looking in my archives lately for bits and pieces from the past – and it´s been kind of fun to mix something old with something new (and something blue) – like this illustration here.
