Rooms from Rum Magazine
I read the May issue of Rum Magazine yesterday and just loved every page and every photo – it´s such an inspiring magazine and I hope it never folds. All these rooms are from Rum´s website – and now also on my wishlist. I´ll be back next week – but my shop is always open you know!
Forever Spring Flowers
I designed these plexiglas flowers for Easter – and they where a big hit – so here they are again – now in 3 different colours. They are perfect for decorating branches or windows all year round – and they reflect the light beautifully.
You can find them in my new etsy shop - in 3 different transparent colours; white, pink & neon red. For just 15 $ you get a set of 5 flowers and Forever Spring in our home. Enjoy!
The small dolls are all from lovely momiji
My Shop is Open!
I´m so happy to announce that my shop at Etsy is finally open again. You can see my goodies here http://www.etsy.com/shop/spagat

Package design
Opening a shop takes a little longer than expected – the products are ready – and the package design was done today – so tonight I´ll design the shop- and hopefully I´ll open it tomorrow. Stay tuned.
Visit & workshop
One of the things I enjoy most about beeing my own boss – is the fact that not 2 days are alike. Yesterday we had a visit from 13 young students and their art teacher in our studio. Line and I both made a small talk about how we work and how we came to do what we do. Afterwards the girls created their own Vision boards about their future – and it was such a delightfull experience to see how many thoughts that can be transformed in very short time when you work visually – and I really enjoyed teaching this class. This weekend I plan to finally open my shop – so stay tuned and have a great weekend. Photo via Iphone.
Morten Buch Paintings
Walking by a huge painting by Morten Buch the other day – made me remember how much I love his work. I discovered him this autumn when I passed one of his screenprints hanging at the local hospital. The photo in the middle shows one of Morten Buchs paintings in situ – it´s from a feature in Boligliv from this flat with an amazing art collection. You can see more of his work here and here I´m really inspired to start painting again when I look at his work – what do you think??
Have a colourful weekend
I just found this old photo in my stressful process of changing computers – and restoring data. So this is just a quick post to wish you all a colourful and happy weekend.
Karen Nyholm Glas Jewellery
I recently designed a small folder for glass-artist Karen Nyholm. It features her new line of glass jewellery – and I´m just totally smitten with the wide range of colours she uses – and soon you will see one of her Kaviar-necklaces around my neck! If you are smitten too – you should check out her new online shop here - and also don´t forget to check out all the other great glass objects Karen Nyholm and her husband Ned Cantrell designs.
Envelop – illustrated cotton goodies
For a while I´ve had my eyes on Envelop – a Belgium company that produces made-to-order textile products. And with their new & awesome selection of graphic prints from illustrators around the world – it´s time to share! I tried to select a few of my favorites here – but have a look yourself in their shop if you are looking for unique and cool designed textiles . And if you are a designer or illustrator – you can design and sell your own textiles via their online store.
Does it get any better than this?
